Hari has exceptional customer service and exceptional cleanliness. Workmanship was quality and fast. Not only did Hari explain everything in detail but he did not add any other issue besides the one at hand. Very honest and price-wise a value. We have been going to Drive Rite for several years and have always experience professional treatment. Many shops that you deal with you feel like you are dealing with slimy people let along crappy facilities. First impression when you walk into their facilities that this place is 1st rate from how they deal with you to how they do thorough repairs. They always give us all the information and let us make decisions based on cost effectiveness vs results. Each time I visit , I wish that I was in the auto repair business like Hari has, simply because it is run like a clean hospital with professional staff. I was use to visiting greasy floor repair shops that had so so results and was blown over the first time we used Hari. Over the years I have been his customer they have always been fair and reasonable in all the repairs and I enjoy going there to have my car serviced. I recently took our new Honda Pilot for its normal repairs and will never use the dealerships again because of there nickle and dimeing for each thing they do. Hari's shop does excellent work and will be my Honda's new shop. A pleasure to deal with, thanks for the great service.

We own an auto repair shop, but do not do smogs. The staff and owners at Drive Rite are outstanding! They are the ONLY location I refer ALL my customers to for any smog and complicated check engine issues! My family has personally used their services twice and have been extremely satisfied. I refer to them because I have complete confidence in there automotive knowledge and honesty! Only wish the Key drop box was with envelopes, just my silly input.

Best place to get your vehicle slogged. Reasonable compared to some of the other very high priced places in Windsor.

No gimmicks here, just plain nolstogic great service. They even have a kids play area. Comfortable seating area, just need to add some beverages to get the 5th star.

Let me start by saying that I was a mechanic for several years so I know the difference between car repair places. Hari, the owner of Drive Rite really knows his cars and service. I continue to receive unparalled service and support from Hari and his crew there in Windsor. I have three vehicles and take all three to him. Their work is fast, accurate and reasonably priced. The waiting room is clean and their work on all my cars has been great. I cannot say enough good things about this repair facility.
